We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect, right next to the city hall and just a short walk away from the train station. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel offers convenient services such as car hire, dry cleaning, and shops/commercial services. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a refrigerator. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area provided a lovely atmosphere to relax and enjoy a meal or drink. We also appreciated the leisure spa & wellness centre, perfect for some much-needed relaxation. the service and facilities at this place were top-notch.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel had fantastic views, especially from the 17th-floor restaurant. The breakfast spread on the top floor was delicious and had a wide variety of choices. The staff at the reception and concierge were very helpful, and the hotel's location was great - close to the Washo market and famous bridge.
All good.

The hotel is in a great location close to popular attractions and amenities such as a convenience store and fisherman's wharf. The rooms are spacious and tidy, offering separate basins outside of the shower and toilet. The highest floor restaurant serves a diverse breakfast buffet with a beautiful panoramic view of the city.

We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the city from the 17th-floor restaurant during breakfast, which offered a delicious and extensive selection of Japanese dishes. The hotel staff were extra helpful, especially the receptionist and concierge, and even helped us with laundry detergent when we were running late. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was within walking distance of the famous bridge, restaurants, and Washo market, which offered the best sashimi. We found the twin and single rooms to be spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchenette and washing area. The check-in process was fast, and there were ample parking spaces available.
No complaints.

The breakfast served was delicious and had a lot of variety to choose from. The restaurant where it was served had a stunning view of the city and the surroundings. the hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to popular local attractions and markets, making it easy to explore the city.
The room size was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around with luggage. the hotel staff were not very helpful and lacked adequate communication skills in English, which made it difficult to get answers to our questions about the city and hotel facilities.

Over the New Year, I stayed at a well-located hotel within walking distance to an interesting Museum and with easy access to local transportation. the hotel’s buffet breakfast was varied and tasty.
The room was small and some facilities were outdated, which made the stay a little bit uncomfortable. there was no proper ventilation in the room, so the air felt a little bit stale.
